We will email you a finalised quote, once we have inspected your equipment and before any repair work is carried out.

FAQs

  • You will be notified as soon as we have received your camera.

  • You don’t need to send a lens with your camera, if it isn’t part of the repair booking.

  • You will receive an estimated quote prior to booking your repair. Once I have inspected the equipment, I will provide you with a final repair cost and break down, before any work is carried out.

  • Return postage is not included. A £8.50 DPD Next Day Delivery fee will be added to your repair total.
