PPP Camera’s six condition ratings
Take your best guess on the condition of your gear. We’ll check over your gear to confirm its actual condition, so don’t worry if you’re not sure which one to choose.
Like New
boxed, unused or very lightly used. Not a single sign of wear.
Excellent
Very slight signs of wear, otherwise pristine.
Good
Fair amount of use, looked after. Light wear or external scuffing.
Well Used
Significant use and signs of normal wear and tear.
Heavily Used
Clear signs of wear and tear, still works a treat.
Broken
Non working or functioning correctly, fungus damage or broken components.
FAQs
How do PPP Cameras quotes work?
We’ll quote based on what you tell us. Our product specialists will check your gear and confirm its condition. This ensures great performance from the gear we sell, and means you’re paid exactly how much your equipment is worth. Based on this, we may adjust your quote up or down - most of the time it stays the same. You can then accept or decline this final quote. If you decline we will cover return postage. Selling to us is commitment free until the final sale is made.
I haven’t received my quote yet. What should I do?
If you haven’t heard back from us within Three working days, first check your junk mail folder - our message may have been marked incorrectly as spam by your email provider. If you still can’t find it, please drop as an email ppprepairs1@gmail.com and we’ll be more than happy to help.
Which condition rating should I choose?
We use six condition ratings here at PPP Cameras. We’ll check over your gear to confirm its actual condition, so don’t worry if you’re not sure which one to choose. • Like new - Boxed, unused or lightly used • Excellent - minimal signs of wear, otherwise pristine • Good - fair amount of use, but well-kept • Well used - significant use, signs of normal wear and tear • Heavily used - clear signs of wear and tear, still works a treat
I’m trading in my equipment for other gear. How does it work?
It’s essentially the same process as when you sell to us. If what you’re selling is of lower value than what you’re buying, we’ll need to take payment for the difference. If it’s of greater value, we’ll pay you.
What if I change my mind?
Getting a quote from PPP Cameras is commitment free. You can change your mind at any point in the selling process, right up until we pay you for your gear.we’ll send your items back free of charge .
Are there any extra costs?
You will have to cover postage to us . If you change your mind about the sale before it’s complete, we’ll send your items back free of charge .
