We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In the same condition as sold
Fully functional and unused beyond normal inspection
Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and contents
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
Film (exposed or unexposed)
Developed or scanned film
Digital files or lab services
Any item damaged after delivery
Change of mind
If you wish to return an item because it is no longer wanted or suitable, you may do so within the 14-day window.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable period, please contact us as soon as possible with details and images. We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Inspection & refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned:
In a different condition to how it was sold
Without original packaging or missing parts
